Investment Levels and Benefits Vary by Investment and Type of Business

  • Friends of Main Street ($50.00 - $99.00)
    This investment level is for those who do not own a business or property located within the Main Street Authority Target area. (Caring Citizens of the Community)
  • Professional ( $100.00 - $364.00)
    This investment level is for lawyers, doctors, CPA's, civic organizations, etc outside of the Main Street Authority Target Area.
  • Business ($365.00 - 499.00)
  • Regular Investor is $365.00 ($1.00 per day)This investment level is for any property owner, retail, property developer or service business located within the Ardmore Main Street Authority target area. This is the minimum investment level for eligibility to apply for any of the following benefits:
    1. Oklahoma Main Street or Ardmore Main Street Grant Programs or low interest loans.
    2. Assistance from Oklahoma Main Street Staff and advertising.
    3. Santa Fe Depot Community Room Rental discounts.
    4. Coop Advertising with AMSA.
    5. Designated Web Page and the opportunity to advertise on the web with the completion of new website.
    6. Links to Your Website, the Chamber of Commerce, Oklahoma Main Street, Oklahoma Depart of Commerce, and the National Main Street Trust.
    7. Dollar per Dollar matched advertisement with local radio stations.
    8. Recruiting Tool for other viable businesses.
    9. Other Benefits available in the future.
  • Patron ($500.00 - $999.00)
    This investment level is for major property owners and utility companies. You receive the same benefits as mentioned above if applicable.
  • Corporate ($1,000.00 and above)
    This investment level is for major corporations, banks, The City of Ardmore. Along with the benefits of assisting with development and preservation of Historic Downtown Ardmore, you receive one (1) Free Rental of the Santa Fe Depot Community Room, except in December, and other discounts for the Community Room.
* The most important benefit for all investors to realize is that you are investing in the development of Historic Downtown Ardmore, which is the Central Business District of the City. A Healthy Downtown means a Healthy Ardmore.
